The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at  the  Ramada Hotel, Church Hill Road, Solihull B91 3RF  (phone 0121 711 2121)

on Saturday 25th January 2020

The AGM will again be procceeded by a workshop covering some important issues for the Association followed by lunch and the prize presentation

Outline timetable:

11.00am Workshop

  • Report on investigation into Proportional Standards
  • The new Age Records System and Processes
  • Potential website enhancements and funding (Direct debits and connectivity with CTT website)

12.30pm Buffet lunch

1.30pm Prize presentation

2.00pm AGM

 

The AGM agenda and motions will be distributed soon to members with the December Veteran 

Groups are entitled to send two delegates representing each Group plus a further delegate for every 100, or part of 100, members in excess of 200

Prize winners may stay for the AGM if they wish
