2023 Midlands VTTA Championship Events

This year we the committee have chosen the following events to contest the Midlands VTTA Trophies.  As we have no open 50 or 25 mile events in the district the National 50 and the Royal Dean Forest CC R25/7 in our neighbouring districts have been chosen to contest the 25 and 50 mile trophies.

Individual Championships

1. Birks Cup BOS 15 miles -  K47/15 1^st April 2023 
2. Wells Cup BOS Men 50 miles - A50/2 VTTA National on the 10^th June
3. Victory Cup BOS Women 50 miles - A50/2 VTTA National on the 10^th June
4. Stoke Cup BOS Fastest 50 miles - A50/2 VTTA National on the 10^th June
5. Billy Steer Cup BOS men 25 miles - R25/7A on the 27^th Aug
6. Bicknell Cup BOS Women 25 miles - R25/7A on the 27^th Aug
7. Williams Rose Bowl BOS Men - K48/10 VTTA National on 17^th Sept 2023 
8. Bart Cup BOS Women 10 miles - K48/10 VTTA National on 17^th Sept 2023 

Age Awards

The 3 trophies below will be contested on the 22nd July on the K47/15.

9. Massie Plate BOS over 65
10. Jones Cup BOS 50-64
11. Nomads Cup BOS under 50

Season Long Trophies – Best All Rounder

1. Cyclo Shield BOS Men/Women any open 25, 50, 100 miles

2. Godiva Cup BOS Men any two open 10 miles plus any two open 25 miles

3. Bayliss Cup BOS Women any two open 10 miles plus any two Open 25 miles

4. Les Lowe Trophy Furthest cumulative distance ridden on Open “K” course events.

So only a few weeks until the first key event on the 1^st April.
