Kent Group 2023 Competition Qualifying Events

The 2023 Competitions for the Kent Group will include ESCA 50 & 100,SCU 50 and 100 and SCA 50 as well as any 12 hour.

Mike Dansie Trophy

Congratulations to Mark Vowells (San Fairy Ann CC) for winning the Mick Dansie Memorial 10 Mile on 25 March 2023.  This is awarded to the Kent Group member who is best on standard.  Mark's AAT was 21:15.

Group lunch Date Change

Kent Group Mike Dansie Trophy 2024

Congratulations to Matthew Smith (Gemini BC) for winning the Mike Dansie Trophy, the first of the season, with an AAT of 17:00.  (The event was shortened to 8 miles)

New Kent Group Records

Kevin Tye and Mark Vowells are continuing their run of record breaking. Kevin appears to have set new National and Group records for 62 year old at 15 miles with a 30:29 in the Cambridge CC event on the 27 April. Mark has set a new standard for 10 miles

Kent Group Charles Robson '30' Trophy

Andrew Meilak (VeloRefined Rule 5) was fastest on AAT with 1:0:36 and wins the Group 30 Championships held on 21 April 2024 and will receive the Charles Robson Trophy. He was also fastest on actual. Well done to all the riders who turned up and complet

VTTA KENT GROUP 25 - 9 June Is still on

There have been discussions about running the Kent Group promotion on 9 June. We can confirm the event will be running as planned.

Kent Group Aubrey Sheather Trophy

Congratulations to Simon Henderson who won the Aubrey Sheather Shield with an AAT of 53:42 in the Group 25 on 9 June.

Kent Group AGM and Lunch

The Group AGM will be held on Sunday 24th November 2024 at Lenham Community Hall.  The AGM starts at 9.45AM, tea/coffee/biscuits will be available from 9.15. Whilst the committee does its best to ensure that the racing is run smoothly and to the satisfact
