Simplified Standards Award process - no need to order after claiming

The order button that you used to have click after claiming has been removed as it was not required with the simplified process that allows the groups to decide on plaques, not the system. We found that groups were varying the numbers of medals required for a plaque, so we decided not try and program that, and let recorders combine medals into plaques themselves.
