We have released new age adjustments. Why?
- we have more current data
- the speeds of elite riders in many age groups has changed significantly
- the number of instances of riders breaking national records on AAT is reduced
- the release will fix the 1 second difference between the website and downloaded & handbook tables that occured 25% of the time in the 2024 tables

The ctt result data for the years 2023 and 2024 has been added to the data set and data from 2013 and 2014 removed. 25% of the data changed.
All open elite (top 10%) riders have got faster, and those aged 70-79 much faster (by 4%).
Female elite riders aged 40-69 have also got faster, and those aged 50-69 have got much faster (also by 4%).

The approach for calculating the age adjustments is unchanged.
For open riders over 40 and female riders over 45:
- age adjustments have decreased at distances up to 50 miles and increased for longer distances and time events
- age adjustment decreases are larger for female compared with open
- standards have got harder at distances up to 30 miles and got easier for longer distances and time events.
